Nikki Ann Dodd

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nikki Ann Watkins Dodd, who departed this world on April 4th 2025 at the age of 43 .Nikki was a beloved mother, sister, daughter, and friend, cherished by anyone her infectious laugh touched. Born on July 30th 1981, Nikki spent her early years in the Tallahassee/ Wakulla area, where she developed a passion for writing poetry, where Nikki poured the overflow of her love of life with every expressive line.

Nikki is survived by her husband, Nicholas Dodd, and her cherished sons, Austin Causseaux, Malachi Jordan, and Jaiden Holden. She is also survived by her devoted parents, Deborah (Carl) Hall, and Randy (Shirley) Watkins. Her legacy continues through her beloved grandparent, Dennis D. Beckman, and her siblings, Katina Tallman and Mindy (Jason) Colvin. Nikki's family extends to her nieces and nephews, who include Zachary (Kayla) Watkins, Miranda (Dustin) Smith, Makayla Colvin, Angel Tallman, Leslie Tallman-Neel, and Nikki, Christian, Rebecca, and Kairi Colvin, along with great nieces and nephews, Wyatt, Emmett, Ariatt Watkins, Leilani, and Alaina Smith.

Nikki is predeceased by her step-son, Grayson Dodd, and her grandmother, Occie Lee Beckman (Gammy).

Those who were fortunate enough to know Nikki, will remember her for the kindness, generosity, and humor Nikki shared with those around her. Nikki’s passion for taking care of others touched the lives of many, creating lasting memories and forging deep connections.

Nikki’s departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, yet her spirit will live on in the memories and love that will be held in the hearts of her family and friends. We take comfort in the knowledge that Nikki is at peace and we will be all be reunited one day.
